Reaching for wellness in all areas of your life.
Learn how we can work together to find relief for your chronic disorder.
This includes, reaching for mental wellness, physical wellness, spiritual wellness, financial wellness, and educational wellness.
In order to reach for the highest, truest expression of ourselves, we must experience wellness—as it pertains to every facet of our lives. In order to do that, we must be truly, ‘well’.
We want this for people in all walks of life, regardless of race, ethnicity, sex or socio-economic status - all of the things that make us different and unique; and we’ll work collaboratively to reach for it—together.
We dedicate ourselves to be present, active listeners to help clients reach their goals.
We know all too well, how necessary it is to face and overcome obstacles.
We knowingly embrace this, believing it is needed in these modern times.
Because people deserve it—and why should anyone perform work without it?

She treats each patient individually.
This approach has earned Kisha the love, respect, and life-long relationships with many of her patients and colleagues along the East Coast.
In her spare time, Kisha enjoys reading, researching historical events, and writing. She resides in Maryland with her family and fluffy cats, ‘Wonk’ and 'George'.
